Unless by prior arrangement, all deliveries and collections must be made between cattery hours.
(Mon-Sat 9.15am-11.15am/Sun 11.00am to 1.00pm).
Owners are urged to transport their cats in an adequate, secure basket or carrier between home and cattery.

What food do you include?
Rates do not include meals; please bring your own food as each cat has its own special dietary requirements.
How much does a night cost?
Rates are per day, including arrival and departure days.
Double daily rates apply to all Bank Holidays/public Holidays.

What about insurance?
Whilst all possible care and attention will be given, cats are boarded entirely at the owner’s risk. As a company we are covered by Cliverton Insurance
What do i need to bring with me?
All cats MUST have a valid certificate of immunisation against Feline Influenza, Feline Calicivirus (FCV), Feline viral Rhinotracheitis (FVR), Feline Enteritis (FIE) and Panleukopenia Virus (FVP). All vaccinations need to be boosted annually, please bring your certificate with you, as your Cat CANNOT be accepted without it.
In order to safeguard our guests, it is a requirement that all cats have been treated for fleas and worms prior to arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings once confirmed are subject to a £20 non-refundable deposit payable within 14 days.
All confirmed bookings MUST be cancelled by telephone no later than 48 hours prior to your cat’s stay, if no longer required.
If insufficient notice cancellation is given, Bellhouse Cattery reserves the right to charge the full boarding fee.
